Busy Week

The 19th was a sad day. Took my puppy Bella for her "operation" on Friday. She never does this normally, but shook the whole time driving to the Vet's office. Must have a 6th sense and figured something was going on. I was so worried about her as she only weighs 7 lbs. The Vet's office called just an hour later to say she was done and they performed the hysterectomy and also fixed a hernia that she had. Was a quiet weekend, now she is doing well. Playing with Chester my other dog and running around the house.


Kids went back to school on Monday after having two weeks off for Spring Break. Hate that they are back... means I'm back to making lunches and driving back and forth to dance after school. Always rushing from work, school, dance and still try and fit my work-outs into this. I need the "me" time - so just make it all work out!

1st Blog

First timing blogging and thought I better get on board!! My first experience with blogging was checking out fellow stitchers and their beautiful finishes. Yes, I'm a cross stitch addict - and although I would love to stitch all day and look at what everyone else is stitching, I do work full time and also have four daughters, two dogs, a cat and of course a husband. I mention him last as he is for the most part busy with his mistress in the evenings (that's what I call his big screen tv)! Our relationship is not THAT open! The only time I get to stitch is at night, that is if I'm not too tired, or I check out the 123 or sanman message board to see what other stitchers are up too. Unfortunately I don't know of any other fellow stitchers. My girls think it is a forgotten or old craft, but I know otherwise when I see others on the Net. I hope to post some pictures of my completed cross stitch soon.... till then....
